Note: All Casita rates are per night, based upon double occupancy
per bedroom, and
do not include tax and gratuity.
Additional persons staying in the casita are billed at an extra $45.00 per
person per night. Ranch breakfast is $15 per person, reservations required.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
Pets are not allowed in our casitas,
with one exception - the Vanderbilt Casita.
Unless otherwise
quoted, a minimum deposit of
50% of the stay is required. If
you cancel at least 60 days in advance of your due date of arrival a
cancellation handling fee equal to 10% of your stay will be assessed.
If you cancel within 60 days of your due date of arrival your entire
deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits can be transferred to another reservation within 90 days of the
cancellation date.
Rates are based on double-occupancy. Additional guests staying are $45
per day.
